FIRST LOOK: Honda unveils 2025 Civic Hybrid

Revolutionizing Honda’s Iconic Lineup with the All-New Civic Hybrid

Honda has taken the wraps off the highly anticipated 2025 Honda Civic Hybrid.

Celebrating 50 years since its debut, the Civic reflects the brands legacy, as a beloved North American top-selling car for 25 years.

This spring, production starts in Alliston, Ontario, a hub of excellence since 1988. HCM, now Honda’s global lead plant for CR-V Hybrid, hits a milestone with the six-millionth made-in-Canada Civic in November 2023. Now, it leads North American production for the Civic Hybrid.

Aligned with Honda’s commitment to electrification, the 2025 Civic Hybrid is pivotal, aiming for over 40% of total Civic sales in North America.

It features an iteration of Honda’s award-winning two-motor hybrid-electric system, ensuring enhanced responsiveness and a serene driving atmosphere at highway speeds for superior fuel efficiency.

In the broader electrification journey, the Civic Hybrid contributes to Honda’s goal of carbon neutrality by 2050. The all-electric 2024 Honda Prologue kicks off Honda’s EV era, with plans for a mid-to-large-size EV model in 2025.

Furthering innovation, Honda introduces the ‘Honda 0 Series,’ a global electric vehicle initiative unveiled at CES 2024. This paves the way for a production model based on the Saloon concept in 2026.

With the 2025 Civic Hybrid, Honda establishes a new standard in sustainable automotive innovation, setting the stage for an electrifying future.
