NASCAR Canada Pinty’s Driver, and Rookie of the Year Contender, Thomas Nepveu, continues to display speed despite lack of luck
It was a tough day at the office for our friend and driver of the #24 Evirum Ford NASCAR Canada Pinty’s Series driver, Thomas Nepveu.
After a surprise TOP 6 qualifying during the Toronto Honda IndyCar Race weekend and despite lack of track time and new circuit challenges, Nepveu and the #24 Evirum Team remained a podium challenger in the opening stint, before contact with fellow rookie driver, Kyle Steckly, lead to a lengthy pit stop forcing Nepveu to accept a 2-lap deficit.
Despite the difficult circumstances, the #24 Evirum NASCAR Canada Pinty’s Series driver was able to battle back through the field while maintaining competitive lap times.
Big congratulations to longtime friend Alex Tagliani on his WIN!
