– Keep your vehicle locked at all times, even when parked in your own driveway or garage. Make sure all windows are also closed

Use a steering wheel lock or an anti-theft device such as an alarm or engine immobilizer. These devices make it more difficult and time-consuming for a thief to steal your vehicle.

– Park in well-lit areas and in locations with high foot traffic, such as near a busy store or in a parking garage with security cameras

– Avoid parking in high-theft or crime areas

Don’t leave your keys in the vehicle, even for a short period of time. Also, avoid leaving spare keys in obvious locations such as under the floor mat or on the sun visor

Install a GPS tracking system, which can help locate your vehicle if it’s stolen

Be aware of your surroundings and report any suspicious activity to the authorities

By following these simple steps, you can significantly reduce the risk of having your vehicle stolen.
